If only my screen is torn do I need to replace the frame?
Great question! Most commonly, it’s only the screen that needs replacing. You can buy just the screen mesh at a home center and the tool, both of which are very affordable. The trick is keeping the tension on the screen during install. The times I’ve done this I’m reminded to go slow and keep the tension consistent. Hope that helps.
